Pastoral Ministry
Shepherding the local church
Pastor
The local church is at the centre of our Principal’s calling, teaching, and Christian service.
He serves as Resident Pastor of Meanwood Ndeke Baptist Church in Chongwe, Zambia. His pastoral work is grounded in expository preaching and expressed through shepherding, biblical counselling, discipleship, leadership development, evangelism, and missions.
His pastoral journey has included service as a youth pastor, missionary pastor and church planter, and resident pastor. This experience has deepened his conviction that faithful ministry must bring sound doctrine into the ordinary realities of Christian life.
Expository Preaching
Opening and applying God’s Word for the nourishment and maturity of the congregation.
Pastoral Care and Counselling
Walking with individuals and families through grief, conflict, spiritual crisis, and major life transitions.
Discipleship
Equipping believers and developing leaders for mature and fruitful service in the Church.
Missions
Mobilising the local church for evangelism, church planting, and compassionate community engagement.

Theological education should form faithful minds, godly character, and capable servants of Christ.
Since 2006, our Principal has served in theological education, teaching students preparing for pastoral ministry, Christian leadership, and service in society. His classroom approach joins careful biblical and theological study with pastoral experience and sensitivity to the African context.
